Dear Patients,
I wish to inform you that I will be resigning from my position from the Allergy Asthma Clinic LTD effective June 30th 2017. I will be relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area to be closer to family. I hope I have your support and understanding of this decision.
I have greatly enjoyed my time here and it has been my pleasure and honor to serve as your physician. There are 3 wonderful physicians, Dr. Schubert, Dr. Leyko and Dr. Couch, that will be more than happy to take over your care here. I have the utmost confidence and trust in these physicians to fully meet your needs as a valued patient. They are all Board certified in Allergy & Immunology and fully capable of providing the care that I have been providing you.
If you are receiving allergy injections, Xolair, Nucala or IVIG infusions, your treatments will not be interrupted and you may continue with them under the direction of one of our other physicians.
I want to thank you for allowing me to partake in your care. It has been a wonderful experience for me and I will miss seeing you and all my patients on a regular basis. You are what makes being a physician worthwhile.
